You find a small wooden jewelry box at the bottom of the trunk. It is ornately engraved with metallic patterns painted in exquisite detail. Rust covers the hinges, but with careful searching you find a keyhole. You notice scratch-marks around the keyhole – as if this locked box might have been used recently.
